Why isn't my internet working?

Most of the time it's a router issue. The routers supplied by your ISP are generally of lower quality and have poor cooling. Overheating is a common issue and causes them to freeze which results in a dropped internet connection. 

The most common solution is to unplug your modem/router for 15 seconds and then plug it back it. If this is a regular problem but restarting it brings your internet back up then try locating your router to a cooler location.

Why is my computer slower than it used to be?

Over time as you add more files and programmes to your operating system there will be an increase in background processes which put a higher load on your computer and leave less resources available for the applications that you want to run. A general clean up can make a world of difference to your computer, particularly on older hardware, and save you a bunch of time and money in upgrades.
