A large majority of fixes can be completed remotely meaning that I can guide you over the phone or if required login remotely to your computer with industry standard software and fix most software issues over the internet.
In cases where this isn't an option, I offer a fully mobile service where I can carry out the repairs or upgrades at your home or business.
And finally if the problem requires deeper analysis I can take your hardware to my workshop. In these cases I have loan hardware available (for a small fee) to keep you online.
