About

I'm Sam, an easy going kiwi with a genuine can-do attitude and a love for all things tech
My love for technology started when my Dad borrowed his computer from work one weekend (before the days where we had one at home) and I was fascinated by the seemingly endless things you could achieve with it.
By the age of 12 I had raised the funds to build my very first computer. It was relatively low powered, even at that time, but it was the computer that introduced me to computer gaming, operating systems and the internet!
My high school years were spent tinkering with computers and eventually into website design. I spent hours learning what the different functions were and how they all interacted. Eventually I managed to publish some halfway decent websites for friends and family. As well as this I became the go-to tech guy in the family.
While I enjoy the design aspect of web design my real passion is the hardware behind it. Through my own mistakes and an interest in keeping with the current tech trends I have accumulated a huge amount of knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networks and all associated peripherals.
My tendancy to dig deeper into things has bought along a host of interests including music, electronics and all things mechanical.

No problem is too big or too small...
